​Weekly spiritual meet up to support you in today's times. In a world of distraction, devices and disconnect there is a greater need for internal connection to the heart, the mind, the body and the soul. You will learn about intuition, what it is and isn't, strengthen your intuitive muscle, hear stories of inspiration, connect with like minded souls, deepen your relationship with higher power, and practice meditation. This class is based on the book

'A Still, Small Voice' by Echo Bodine (recommended reading).
